the existence of any new version of these that contains substantial changes.
2. The user

beginning of browsing the Website, all the Conditions established herein, as well as their
subsequent modifications, are accepted, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding
mandatory legal regulations depending on the case.

The products that Lemonet sells through its website are mainly:

These General Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002,
on services of the information society and electronic commerce, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007,
of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of
Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, all of them mandatory legal provisions.
Lemonet may modify them without prior notice, so it recommends a periodic consultation of

the latest version and to allow them to be accessed and printed at any time.
5. Conditions of access and purchase

The purchase will be allowed without the need for prior registration, and in any case the form

not allowed, either in public establishments or carried out in the domestic sphere. Lemonet will
regulate and authorize the necessary permits if at any time it consents, for which it will reliably
notify that authorization to the authorized agent.
6. Orders
No valid order can be made without expressly accepting, through the boxes enabled for these
purposes, the terms and conditions and the privacy policy of Lemonet.
All orders will be considered purchase offers subject to these terms and conditions. Lemonet
reserves the right to accept them if the requirements set forth therein are not met.
Once an order is placed, the system automatically generates a receipt of the order. However, this
confirmation does not imply the automatic acceptance of the order, since Lemonet reserves the
right to collect additional information, related to identity and address, to guarantee both a correct
delivery of the order, and to ensure the absence of fraud related to transactions.
Orders can be made 365 days a year, at any time, except at times when the service is suspended
for maintenance or other commercial circumstances and / or force majeure.
Any order is subject to product availability. In the event that it is not possible to deliver an order
due to supply problems or insufficient stock, the user will have the option of waiting until the
product is available or canceling the order.
7. Delivery
Delivery will be deemed to have occurred at the time the user or a third party indicated by him
acquires material possession of the products.
The delivery time for the order will vary according to the selected shipping method and will be
indicated on the website once the order confirmation is obtained, in any case it will not exceed 30
days from the order confirmation date. In the event that the delivery date cannot be met, we will

Lemonet reserves the right to change the payment methods, being able to create new ones or

make claims for this reason. However, if the change in the payment method affects an order that
has already been placed, from www.lemonetkids.com we will contact the client to inform them of
said change, offering them the option to cancel the order if they deem it convenient.
Payment by credit / debit card: The charge is made online, that is, in real time, through the
payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution and once it has been verified that the
data communicated is correct. In order to give maximum security to the payment system,
www.lemonetkids.com uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in
electronic commerce. In this sense, confidential data is transmitted directly and in an encrypted
form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. The SSL encryption system that is used
confers total security to the transmission of data through the network. Customer data is fully
confidential and protected. Credit card data is not recorded in any of our databases. They are only
used in the virtual POS (Point of Sale Terminal) of the Lemonet financial entity, through its Secure
Payment Gateway. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity,
but if said entity does not authorize payment, Lemonet is not responsible for any delay or nondelivery and will not be able to formalize any Contract with the client. . Lemonet reserves the right

9. Return Policy
9.1. Right of withdrawal
The User has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into through www.lemonetkids.com
within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which the User or a third party
indicated by him, other than the carrier, has acquired material possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify Lemonet of his decision to withdraw from
the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). The
User may use the model withdrawal form that is included at the end of these conditions, although
its use is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication
regarding the exercise by the User of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.
In case of withdrawal, Lemonet will return all payments received from the User, including delivery
costs to the initial delivery address (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the
User’s choice of a delivery method other than the delivery method least expensive ordinary
delivery offered) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from
the date on which the User informs Lemonet of his decision to withdraw from the contract.
Lemonet will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the
User for the initial transaction, unless the User has expressly provided otherwise; In any case, the
User will not incur any expense as a result of the refund. Lemonet may withhold the refund until
the goods have been received, or until the User has submitted proof of their return, depending on
which condition is met first.
The User must return or deliver the goods directly to Lemonet, without any undue delay and, in
any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they notify us of their decision to
withdraw from the contract at the address. of Lemonet indicated at the beginning of these
Conditions. The term will be considered fulfilled if the User returns the goods before said term has
expired. The User must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The User will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a
manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of
the goods.
It is specified in this document that any Products not sealed after delivery or that may be returned
for sanitary reasons or health protection purposes, will not be subject to withdrawal (including, but
not limited to, any Care Products for beauty if its lid or closure is removed).
The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:
The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly
personalized.
The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or
hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
9.2. Returns
In cases where you consider that the product does not meet your needs, you can request its
return by sending an e-mail to info@lemonetkids.com or through the contact form on our website
within 14 days from the Shipping Confirmation, provided that (i) it is the same product, (ii) the
accepted means of payment have been used and (iii) it is in the same conditions in which it was
sent. Products that have been used, washed or handled in any way will not be accepted.
Lemonet will indicate to the user via e-mail the address to which the product to be returned must
be sent.
The user must send the product in its original packaging through Courier or certified delivery with
the Post Office. The return shipping costs are borne by the User.
Once the product has been received and it has been verified that it meets the conditions for
making the return, Lemonet will reimburse the cost of the returned product, as well as the delivery
costs to the initial delivery address (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the
choice by the User of a delivery method other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery
offered) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date of
receipt of the package by the User. of Lemonet, using the same means of payment used by the
User for the initial transaction, unless there is expressly provided otherwise.
9.3. Size change
In cases where you consider that the size of the purchased product does not meet your needs,
and without prejudice to the right of withdrawal that assists you legally and contractually, you can

contact form on our website within 14 days from the Shipment Confirmation, provided that (i) it is
the same product, (ii) it presents an equal or greater amount the first product purchased (in this
case, the price difference will not be passed on) and (iii) the accepted means of payment have
been used. Note that this option will only be displayed when the above conditions are met.
Once the change of size has been requested, the return will be made through a courier that we
will send to your home. In any case, you must deliver the product without any undue delay and, in
any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the Change Request on the website.
Lemonet will bear the costs of collecting and shipping the first change of size within the same
order.
The user will be responsible for the costs of collection and shipping in the second, third and
successive changes of size within the same order.
9.3. Returns of defective products
In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the
provisions of the contract, you should contact us immediately by sending an email to

well as the damage it suffers and then we will indicate the way to proceed.
The product will be returned by handing it over to a courier that we will send to your home
address when requesting collection.
We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will notify you by e-mail within a
reasonable period of time if the refund or replacement of the same (if applicable) is appropriate.
The refund or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within
14 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement
of the non-conforming item is appropriate.
The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to any defect or defect, when it really
exists, will be fully reimbursed, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item and the
costs that you would have incurred to return it to us. The return will be made in the same means
of payment that was used to pay for the purchase, except when a gift card is presented for the

9.4. Right of withdrawal and return of orders from abroad.

other than Spain, clauses 9.1, 9.2, 9.3 and 9.4 above will apply with the restriction that the return

We will not be responsible for any breach or delay in the fulfillment of any of the obligations
assumed, when it is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
Force Majeure Causes will include any act, event, lack of exercise, omission or accident that is
beyond our reasonable control and among others, the following:
a. Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.
b. Civil commotion, revolt, invasion, threat or terrorist attack, war (declared or not) or threat or
preparations for war.
c. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
d. Impossibility of using trains, boats, airplanes, motor transport or other means of transport,
public or private.
e. Inability to use public or private telecommunication systems.
f. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.
It will be understood that the obligations will be suspended during the period in which the
Force Mayor Causes continues, and we will have an extension in the term to comply with said
obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Event. We will use all
reasonable means to end the Force Majeure Event or to find a solution that allows us to fulfill our
obligations despite the Force Majeure Event.
